Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Buyer Mode AI, a service provided by CareRequest AI Ltd ("we", "us"), trading as Buyer Mode AI. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or embedding the widget you agree to these Terms and confirm you are of legal age and, where acting for an organisation, authorised to bind it.

1. The service

Buyer Mode AI provides an embeddable AI copilot and a dashboard to manage knowledge sources, conversations, and billing.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

3. Plans & billing

• Free: 1 website URL source, 100 messages/month, Lovable branding.
• Pro: $29.99/month — unlimited sources, manual KB, continuous learning, 5,000 messages/month, no branding.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Payment, billing, tax, currency, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. We operate a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use the service to (a) violate law, (b) infringe IP, (c) upload malware, (d) collect protected health information or payment card data without our written approval, (e) circumvent rate limits, probe, or scrape the service, (f) send spam or fraudulent content, or (g) reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.

Because Buyer Mode AI generates AI output, you additionally must not use it to produce illegal content, deepfakes, harassment or hate speech, malware, or attempts to jailbreak the underlying models. You are responsible for your prompts, for the knowledge you upload, for holding the rights to that content, and for verifying outputs before relying on them. We may remove content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts to enforce this. Rights-holders can report infringing content to legal@buyermode.ai; repeat infringers are terminated.

5. Customer content & IP

You own your knowledge base and conversation transcripts. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display them solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models.

6. AI output disclaimer

AI answers may be inaccurate. You are responsible for the knowledge you provide and the answers shown to your end users. The service is not a substitute for professional advice.

7. Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Suspension & termination

Either party may terminate for material breach. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Buyer Mode AI is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
